The business of Network Commission maintenance Division is mainly consisted of three parts: Technological Commission Maintenance Outsourcing, Indipendent R&D and Sales of communication products.
The Technological Commission Maintenance Outsourcing focuses on the commission maintenance works of Base Station System, Indoor Repeater Distribution System, Integrated Access System, and Information Transmission System. And it is successfully selected as the full-service commission maintenance provider for Zhejiang Mobile, Henan Mobile, Beijing Unicom, in charge of the commission maintenance work for more than 4000 base stations.
The Product Sales Business Unit has established a solid cooperation and agent relationship with Wuhan Hongxin, Zhejiang Mobile, Shanghai Xinmin, Beijing Unicom, and Kosta UPS. It also has two self-owned independent products called ¡°Beautifying Antenna¡± and ¡°Color-coated Steel Production¡±. In 2007, the related communication products sales exceeded 20 million Yuan, which is an excellent market performance

TMD is the only intergrated maintence service provider in Zhejiang Province whose four types of commission maintenance services projects of base station, air condition, repeater station/extension systems, and integrated access are all listed.
In 2006, TMD ranked the second in the appraisement of Zhejiang provincial companies for the commission maintenance service of repeater station/extension system.
In 2006, TMD won the honor of ¡°Excellent Commission Maintenance Division¡±in Ningbo and Jinhua, also ranked the first in provincial appraisement.

Through the unremitting efforts of TMD, the company now owns a team of 200 employees and its business developed from a single dimension of business (Repeater, indoor distribution system commission maintenance) to diversified operations (Repeater, indoor distribution system, integrated access, base station and the steel tower). In June 2007, the Base Station Engineering Department was established, after six months of development, the department has developed into a team of about 100 people, and its mainly business includes: BTS, SDH, switching power supplies, batteries, installation, relocation and expansion of base station monitoring equipment, which realizes the breakthrough of base station installation, and adds a new fundamental business unit for the company.
