Network Construction Division (NCD) mainly focuses on the investigation, design, and construction of mobile communication system and it also involves in the construction of LOC (Lines of Communication) and its pipelines. NCD is fully equipped with a wide range of equipments and professionals. NCD mainly undertakes the installation and testing of large-scale program-controlled telephone switches and digital transmission equipments, as well as the installation works of fiber, cable lines and pipeline engineering.
For a long time, NCD is customer-oriented, and committed to providing customers with the wireless network coverage extension and wireless systems integration solutions across WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, GSM, CDMA, DCS, PHS, and other network platforms. Its business areas include the wireless coverage of Indoor Area, Residential Area, Highways, Railways, Tunnels, Tourist Attractions, Suburbs, Airports, Sports Centres and other large public facilities.
After nearly a decade of network construction and coverage optimization experience, NCD has been able to provide the most optimized solutions according to different local environments. Following the strict operational procedures, NCD provides professional fieldwork of network launching and testing, perfectly realizes the concept of design optimization. NCD has launched more than 7,000 indoor and outdoor network coverage projects and more than 3,000 hosts of stable operation. In the business areas of wireless communication network integration, NCD has established good cooperative relations with Zhejiang Mobile, Zhejiang Telecom, Beijing Unicom, and Henan Mobile. NCD takes the overall responsibility of the market development, engineering design, construction, and equipment launch of the indoor coverage system. The gross budget of the telecommunication projects is more than 450 million yuan. The project quality has repeatedly ranked the top level in the province's appraisement, and has made a lot of contributions to the improvement of mobile networks quality. In the recent decade, NCD has achieved notable performance in the indoor mobile communication coverage engineering, and had set up seven No. 1s:
1. The first indoor coverage project in Zhejiang Province: Xiaoshan International Airport;
2. The first railway tunnel and highway tunnel coverage project in China: the Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Expressway and the Shangsanxian Expressway; and Jinhua-Lishui-Wenzhou railway tunnel;
3. The first trial of chanllenging residential area coverage project - Wenzhou Earl Hill;
4. The largest indoor coverage project in Zhejiang Province: 300,000 square meters of Yiwu Futian market;
5. Top 1 of Zhejiang indoor coverage market. We have finished a total of nearly 10,000 field coverage system projects including indoor area, residential area, tunnel and village coverage;
6. The first integrator who has set up PM Offices in all the districts and cities of Zhejiang Province
7. The only integrator whose maintanence services for base stations and indoor distribution systems are all strictly selected.
